kernel-patch-viewos software package provides View-OS - Kernel patch for better UMView performances, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kernel-patch-viewos
kernel-patch-viewos is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kernel-patch-viewos package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kernel-patch-viewos *
You will get with kernel-patch-viewos package name, version, architecture and description in a table
